209Springboard Business Centre in Stokesley continues to start the month off with a hearty Breakfast Briefing.

Next up on the menu on 8 July is Wellbeing at Work.

The session on physical health and the workplace is aimed at employers who recognise the cost of sickness absence or reduced productivity due to back pain, RSI or general fatigue from aches and pains. It will be led by Kate Bye a senior Physiotherapist and Co-Director at North Yorkshire Physiotherapy in Stokesley who will advise employers how to avoid sickness and get employees back to work quickly in order to maintain high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.

The monthly briefings are run by Hambleton District Council in partnership with the York, North Yorkshire, East Riding Enterprise Partnership and will take place on the second Friday of each month from 8 – 9am – and cost £5 per delegate, including breakfast.
