This is a magical adventure based exclusively in the grounds of Hardwick Hall Hotel. Come along to meet your Elf guide at your chosen date and time to start your own adventure.
All of the groups do the same activities in a different order. You will spend time with each character as you journey through this Christmas experience.

Enchanted Check-in Hut
Arriving at the Enchanted Christmas at Hardwick Hall will start your magical journey. Park up and then check in with your Elf guide and pop in to the Enchanted hut if you need any help! Meet your elf guide who will give you your wristband and then you are ready for your Elf to take the groups around on their experience!
The groups will be:

Nutcrackers
Reindeers
Mince Pies
Christmas Trees
Candy Canes
Each group will take a route around the adventure going to each activity with your elf who will look after you until your journey home with dreams and memories of your exciting day!
Santa! – Go with your Elf Guide into Santa’s Special Lapland Tipi. Complete with a cosy fire, join Santa and his elves on a magical visit to meet the real Santa! With each child having their wishes confirmed by Santa, being pre armed with your info from the Elves, leave full of magic with a memorable present from the man himself.
Mrs C & the Mystery of the Enchanted Machine! – The Elves have decided to try-out a brand new Automatic Wrapping Machine to help with the ever increasing piles of presents to get through each Christmas. It is absolutely amazing til it all goes wrong!!! What a PALAVA!!! Could Elf Chris Mystery be to blame? Thank goodness Mrs Claus is there to sort out the chaos!!!
Post office with Elf Postmaster Alabaster Snowball! – The North Poll Post Office is at the heart of everything to make the Christmas magic happen! Are you willing to help Elf Alabaster Snowball, Postmaster extraordinaire sort through all the post? Well come on in and help this befuddled Elf get through all this work!
Peekaboo King Of The Penguins! – This is Peekaboo the penguin. He is a jolly, yet mischievous, very important penguin! He lives in the North Pole and is obsessed with ice, in fact, very fond of a belly slide! Try and give a cuddle for luck but can you catch him, he’s very slippery!
Elf Walk! Join the elves on a snowy walk through the tress to find an elf house! Always enchanted surprise around every corner!!! Hope there is no-one green hiding in the trees, I have heard the Grinch has plans!!! Make sure you go visit our beautiful Reindeer too!
Enchanted Fun – Come a make a magical snowglobe for you to keep and take home to remember your special day!
The Muffled Snowflake – Silent Night Club – Learn how to party Elf Style…..silently! Come see how to party still keeping the North Pole a secret!
Christmas Cafe! – Come and experience the smells of festive Christmas warming fayre in Hardwick Hall’s Christmas Cafe. Whether it is a quick take out warm drink for your journey or lunch/dinner before you head home, there will be some gorgeous goodies for you served by the busy Elves!
Enchanted Shop! – The Elves are working hard at the North Pole to find magical items to put in the shop……whether you are looking for that last minute stocking filler, unusual magical presents, to treat yourself to some beautiful decorations or even a lovely memento of your day, we will have it all.
