VISITORS to the Tees Transporter Bridge are being asked for feedback to help improve the heritage offer in Middlesbrough.

A survey has been launched to garner the thoughts of those who have made the trip to the iconic structure that spans the River Tees.

Among the questions being asked are the reasons for visiting, about the visit, the site experience and also about the visitors themselves.

The responses will be used to further improve Middlesbrough’s cultural offer.

Tosh Warwick, Heritage Development Officer said: “The survey provides an opportunity for visitors to the Bridge and those interested in the area’s major landmark to provide vital feedback and input into the heritage offer in Middlesbrough.

“The feedback will help ensure that high quality tourist and education opportunities are offered and will also help shape future approaches to making the town’s heritage accessible and enjoyable.”

A paper version of the survey is available at the Transporter Bridge and can also be found online at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Tees_Transporter_Bridge_Questionnaire
