A NORTH East-headquartered IT solutions firm is celebrating expansion and settling into its new home thanks to the help of the commercial and corporate team at Gordon Brown Law Firm LLP (GBLF).
Opal has acquired a 2,500 sq ft office space within The Media Exchange in Newcastle’s Ouseburn area, having outgrown its former North East office on Leazes Park Road, under the expert guidance of GBLF solicitor Paul Crawley.
GBLF’s corporate and commercial team specialise in assisting businesses with all aspects of corporate and commercial property matters and in the last 12 months have worked with clients locally, nationally and globally on a wide variety of transactions.
Opal called on the help of GBLF after finding the perfect location to relocate its North East office. Starting life in 2008 as a team of 5, the firm which also has an office in Edinburgh, has grown to 14, and is set to increase this number as a result of the additional space its new office brings.
Specialising in providing IT solutions and support to businesses both in the UK and overseas, Opal’s new office space will also enhance its networking offering, aiding business development, as it plans to introduce monthly tech meetings for the region’s business community around how to deploy and manage Apple devices effectively.
