BePro- GeorginaA newly launched training company has already expanded into new premises thanks to demand for its services.

Georgina Selmi, from Great Broughton near Stokesley, launched Bespoke Professional Development and Training (BePro) in January, with an office at the Wilton Centre in Redcar.

Thanks to the interest from around Teesside in the training courses offered by Georgina and her team, BePro has now opened a new office at the Terry Dicken Business Centre in Stokesley to be able to service its clients efficiently.

BePro- accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) – offers tailored training packages delivered in-house, on organisations’ own premises, at locations across Teesside and North Yorkshire and also via distance learning.

BePro had to go through a stringent process to be able to offer the CMI-backed services and is one of only a small number in the Teesside area with the accreditation.

The CMI is the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting and developing the highest standards in management and leadership and is used daily by over 100,000 managers.

BePro chose to open a new office at the Terry Dicken Business Centre, home to a range of businesses on the Terry Dicken Industrial Estate in Stokesley, thanks to easy access, parking and high quality office space.

Georgina said: “I’ve spent many months planning BePro so to have had such a good response since launching at the start of the year is very encouraging. I’m really pleased to be able to open another office so soon. It’s important that we can service clients’ needs efficiently and location means everything. The new Stokesley office is ideally placed as it is easy to get to with great facilities.”

The Terry Dicken Business Centre is a new development at the Terry Dicken Industrial Estate in Stokesley.

Sue Dicken, who runs the centre, said: “The aim of the new business centre is to offer affordable, individual offices to rent for small businesses, especially new companies like BePro. Not only do they have their own private office to work from on a day to day basis, but also access to a boardroom for training purposes. We would like to wishGeorgina and her team well in their new premises and look forward to seeing BePro go from strength to strength.”

Georgina and her team of tutors have a combined experience of over 30 years in management and HR as well as teaching and assessing for universities, HE colleges and local authorities. All of the team are educated to Masters level in management disciplines and have many years professional experience.

All of the courses are tailored to suit individual needs and can be completed in a matter of weeks, enhance workplace opportunities and help people gain the competitive advantage within their business sector so that they can achieve their professional and economic goals.

Learning options include workshops with self-study or completion of all units and assignments in several weeks of intensive tutor-led study- dependent on what an organisation or individual requires.

The first courses in Stokesley will launch at the end of this month (February) and will include CMI level 3 certificate in first line management and CMI level 5 in management and leadership.
