Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

An offer too good to pass up on!

Youngsters can celebrate summer by grabbing a brand new passport and taking a trip to their local swimming pool.

For just £18, North Tyneside Council’s new summer swimming passport offers unlimited swimming for children aged 5-14 over the school summer holidays. They can be used at any council-owned leisure centre or pool, including sessions featuring pool toys and giant inflatables.

Cllr Eddie Darke, cabinet member for Leisure, Culture and Tourism, said: “Our new swimming passports are perfect for young people and their families who are looking to get into swimming.

“We have such fantastic facilities here in North Tyneside and this is a great opportunity for young people to enjoy unlimited use of them over the school holidays.”

Active from July 24 until September 3, the passports can be purchased from any North Tyneside Council swimming pool.

The passports give unlimited access to all North Tyneside Council pools. These include the Lakeside Centre, in Killingworth, Waves, in Whitley Bay, Tynemouth Pool and Hadrian Leisure Centre, in Wallsend.

Contact your nearest pool for more information and full terms and conditions.
