The Middlesbrough-based designer department store has seen a rapid increase in its online sales which has led to the need to grow its EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) team.

Helen Swales and Paul Jones will join the team as EPOS Supervisor and EPOS stock room assistant, using their ecommerce expertise to enable Psyche to sustain and further expand on its already increasing consumer demand. Alongside the new EPOS recruits, Psyche has hired three new sales assistants for its menswear department – Luke McWhinney, James Poll, and Rachel Stephenson.

Steve Cochrane, owner of Psyche, said: “It is fantastic to find new talent to add to the Psyche team. All of the new recruits will be great additions to the business and enable Psyche to grow its online presence further and continue to provide high quality customer service.

“I strongly believe in investing in people and growing the Tees Valley economy through job creation and expanding the business here in Middlesbrough.”
