Upcycled Christmas Decorations!

Screen Shot 2015-11-16 at 09.51.18The Heart of Teesdale Landscape Partnership is holding a free workshop making Christmas Decorations using upcycled materials on Saturday 12th December from 10am to 4pm at Romaldkirk. This workshop is part of the Partnership’s Crafts and Skills in the Community programme that aims to encourage the revival and use of traditional and modern crafts.

Escape from glitter and tinsel this Christmas and spend the day making your upcycled Christmas decorations! All materials will be provided and you will take home your own designed pieces. If you have that special piece of costume jewellery or fabric that you would like to include in your keepsake please bring it along.

This workshop will be led by Jules Deehan. Jules began her formal creative journey as an artistic director and owner of a successful salon, where she developed her love of art and all things vintage and quirky. She enjoys combining various mediums, techniques and up-cycled objects to produce unique works of art, whether it is an individual piece of a home interior, window display or floral inspiration.

Places are limited so please book early. No previous experience is required.
