Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

Any One can Run… in Stokesley

209A new free running class is starting in Stokesley next month as part of Hambleton’s ‘Running Hub’ programme.

Aimed at complete novices to improvers, the runs are open to everyone aged 16 or over and will be led by England Athletics qualified leaders who are experienced in running fun filled safe sessions.

“You may have thought about taking up running, but don’t know where to start,” said David Earl, Hambleton District Council’s Development Officer – Health and Wellbeing.

“Or you maybe don’t want to run alone.  The sessions will run for eight weeks and you can join anytime you like. The sessions will help you get started alongside other like minded runners or beginners and guide you on your running journey – whilst having fun at the same time.”

The runs take place every Tuesday morning from 9.15 – 10.15am starting from the Mill Inn in Stokesley with the first run starting on 1 March.
