The Spa at Ramside, at Ramside Hall Hotel near Durham has put together a whole host of options for anyone planning to say “I do”, from a Bridal Boot Camp for anyone wanting to get in shape, to afternoon Hen Spa sessions.

The Bridal Spa packages have been tailored for the run-up to the big day, offering everything from essential beauty maintenance from six months before to the wedding day itself.

The All About Me offering has been put together for brides planning ahead, with a series of six advanced skin brightener facials, six salt and oil scrubs and six aromatherapy massages.

At the same time the spa will also be offering a Bridal Boot Camp over six months, including six one hour personal training sessions, six detox algae wraps and six targeted lift and firm anti-cellulite treatments.

Brides with less time can opt for Bride On A Mission, which includes bio metric tests and nutritional advice to help achieve that bridal body, along with 12 personal training sessions, six anti-cellulite treatments and a reward of a two hour treatment if their goal is reached.

For those who are body confident and just want to ensure they have a perfect beauty regime, the spa has also created The Works, an ultimate indulgence package which includes facials, body scrubs, massages, a make-up trial and make-up on the day, manicure, pedicure, waxing and eye lash and brow tint.

A number of relaxing pre-wedding spa days have also been created which offer a range of treatments designed to banish stress and give a healthy glow.

Grooms haven’t been forgotten however, with a Va Va Groom package including a deep muscle massage, reviver facial and a manicure.

The spa has also created a number of hen packages along with a wedding special where the bride and her friends can have exclusive use of the beauty snug to get made up in along with fizz and canapes.

“We’ve created a range of fantastic packages to suit every bride-to-be,” said Jill Russell, the spa director.

“And that includes a mini moon stay and a special spa day for the bride and groom to chill out after the celebrations.

“We’ve focussed on all the areas that we know brides are anxious about before the big day, plus some great celebration packages for them to share with their family and friends.”

All the packages include use of the new Spa at Ramside, with facilities which include a 25m pool, a vitality pool, and external infinity pool and a spa garden along with a variety of steam rooms, saunas and a Rasul mud chamber.

It also includes a gym, aerobics and dance studio, hair salon, Asian Fusion restaurant and bar and 14 treatment rooms using ESPA products.

Packages cost from £75 up to £1000 for the six treatment packages. Further information is available by visiting www.ramsidespa.co.uk or calling on 0191 375 3088.
