A LEADING north east hotel has Christmas all wrapped up with a selection of party nights aimed at all ages and budgets.

Hilton Newcastle Gateshead is offering a packed programme of festive fun nights to get Christmas off to a flying start during December.

The fun begins on Friday, December 2 with the first of the hotel’s party nights, where guests will arrive in style on the red carpet to a sparkling drinks reception. This will be followed by a three-course dinner before the chance to hit the dancefloor with the resident DJ until 1am.

These party nights cost £39 per person and will be held on Friday and Saturday December 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2016.

For those who are more interested in fine food, there are six festive dining party nights being held across three different weekends.

The dining party nights cost £35 per person and are held in the Windows on the Tyne restaurant. Diners can choose from a fine dining menu and enjoy a glass of fizz along with music from all eras.

There will be a one-off Black Friday party evening on Sunday, December 11 which offers a three course dinner, drinks reception and a DJ for the bargain price of just £30 per person.

For fans of live music, two winter Wonderland events on Friday and Saturday December 16 and 17 offer a cocktail on arrival, three-course dinner and entertainment from a live band followed by a DJ. Tickets are £48 each.

But it’s not all about the grown-ups – children will get the chance to enjoy one of two super hero themed parties on Sundays December 11 and 18.

Youngsters are being encouraged to dress up in their favourite super hero costume and enjoy a feast of fun during the afternoon including a party platter lunch, Christmas crackers and chocolate as well as super hero special guests.

Tickets are £15 child, with those under 18-months admitted free. Tables of 10 or 12 are also available.

Martin Robinson, general manager at Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, is looking forward to welcoming festive frolickers this Christmas.

“Everyone loves a good Christmas party, and here at Hilton Newcastle Gateshead we have a packed programme throughout December with something to suit everyone, regardless of taste or budget,” he said

“We have events suitable for party animals or those who prefer fine dining, and we’ve ensured the kids are well catered for this year too – there are even rumours that Father Christmas could make an appearance at the children’s events, just to make the special day even more magical.

“Christmas is a time for eating, drinking and being merry and we believe all of our guests will remember our parties for many years to come.”
Some of the Christmas party nights have already sold out, so anyone looking to book is advised to act quickly.
