The Spa at Ramside will be open in August, with the promise it will be the most luxurious in the region.

And now a range of gift vouchers have been launched – perfectly timed for anyone wanting to give the man in their life something special this Sunday (June 21).

The spa at Ramside Hall Hotel near Durham will offer a range of ESPA treatment packages designed especially for men.

This includes the Men’s Reviver which is a cleanse, exfoliation, face, neck, scalp and shoulder massage plus a special face mask or Made For Men, which also offers a combination of massage and a tailored skin treatment.

The spa has also put together a Golfer’s Tonic aimed at helping sooth aching muscles after a hard day on the green, a Stress Buster massage for anyone who suffers with tension headaches and neck strain and Heaven on Earth – a package for men which includes a back exfoliation and hot stone back massage.

All of the special treatments can be built in to a spa day or a spa stay or with one of the hotel’s existing golf packages.

“This is a perfect time to treat dads to something really special and they can be among the first people to try out the spa,” said Jill Russell, Spa Director.

“We’ve created a whole host of treatments for men and we’re sure that anyone who gets one of  the gift vouchers for Father’s Day will be absolutely delighted.”

The state-of-the-art facilities will make the spa one of the best in the region, offering a 25m pool, a vitality pool, and external infinity pool and a spa garden, along with a variety of steam rooms, saunas and a Rasul mud chamber.

It also includes a gym, aerobics and dance studio, hair salon, Asian restaurant and bar and a 12 treatment rooms using ESPA products.
