Three sites, which include planning permission for traditional farm house conversions in Alnwick and self-build properties in Warkworth have been announced for sale by leading regional estate agency Bradley Hall.
Neil Hart, director at Bradley Hall said: “Opportunities to develop on sites in sought after areas of Northumberland are very rare. All three sites are set in a prime location and each offer opportunities to develop an individual bespoke property or provide a fantastic opportunity for a property developer to create an exclusive estate of homes.”
The premium sites include land north of Station Drive, Warkworth, based near the picturesque River Coquet, within walking distance of Warkworth Golf Club and Coquet View Leisure Park. This site offers a development of approximately six detached residential homes across three and a half acres.
A second development based north of Watershaugh Road Warkworth offers the opportunity to develop nine residential properties across over three acres of land. Homeowners will be within walking distance of Warkworth castle with the possibility of a view over the surrounding grounds.
Other opportunities include plots in the Greenfield Farm Steading area of Alnwick complete with a section 106 agreement for up to 12 private residential dwellings and four off-site affordable houses, including farmhouse conversions and new build properties.
Matt Hoy, manager at Bradley Hall’s Alnwick branch said: “Each plot provides the opportunity to create a home based on a buyer’s own personal requirements and tastes, which is a rare luxury, especially in such a cultural, affluent and idyllic area as Northumberland.
“Every potential property has its own specification and planning permission, so we advise any interested parties to visit us at our Alnwick office where we can provide a personal package of information and expert advice.”
