A business with a commitment to support communities in the North East where its HQ is based has kitted out a whole class with new shoes.

Charles Clinkard believes it is essential to have a robust CRM system in place which shows tangible benefits to customers.

The company devises an annual programme of CRM activity including competitions, educational support and charitable donations.

As a result Newcastle primary school pupil Eve Hawse-Johnson, nine, has become her class superhero after winning a design contest.

Eve from St Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School, in Kenton, created a shoe for a superhero in gold, red and blue, focused on speed and strength with special features such as telekinesis, speed boosters, invisibility and lasers.

Charles Clinkard, Managing Director, said: “We have been blown away by the standard of the entries, which showed outstanding levels of imagination and artistic talent.

“We believe that part of our role as a business is to be involved in and work with the communities around us.”
