The award-winning hotel is highly regarded for its two AA Rosette restaurant, Chaloner’s, headed by well-known local chef, Jason Moore, as well as its G Bar and Bistro.

Weekly Fish and Chip Fridays take place between 5.30pm and 7.30pm in the G Bar for £8.50 per person and Tapas on the Terrace is served daily 5.30pm-7.30pm featuring a range of homemade Spanish-inspired dishes and wines.

In June, Wimbledon will take centre stage when fresh strawberries and cream with a glass of prosecco will be served on the terrace or in the Conservatory between June 27th and July 10th at £10.50 per person.

In addition, Gisborough Hall has a special Sunday lunch for Father’s Day on June 19th including local ales for the Dads.

In July, Jan Faulkner will host a flowers and afternoon tea workshop where guests will make a floral display to take home and enjoy a specially-themed afternoon tea accompanied by a glass of prosecco in the Conservatory.

From our ever-popular afternoon teas to our Spanish-themed Tapas on the Terrace- or indeed in the lounges when the inclement weather doesn’t allow.

“Our expert team has put together a varied programme of events to celebrate a host of special occasions over the coming months and we really hope that we have a range of activities that appeal to many palates and purses.”

Already this year Gisborough Hall has clinched two prestigious awards having been named as one of the best hotels in the North East and North Yorkshire by Laterooms.com in their ‘Simply the Guest Awards’ and also winning a TripAdvisor Green Leader award, which recognises the hotel’s commitment to environmentally friendly practices.

Gisborough Hall, which last year unveiled its new rooms and suites following a £400,000 investment, dates back to the 19thcentury hotel is home to two AA Rosette restaurant ‘Chaloner’s’, a Revival Zone spa, 71 bedrooms and ‘G’ Bar and Bistro, as well as a ballroom, conservatory and events’ spaces and its traditional drawing room and inner hall.

The country hall now employs a team of 105 local people across the hotel, a number which has steadily increased in the last year thanks to the refurbishment as afternoon teas, corporate events and dinners and international tourism all continue to thrive.
