Newcastle-based independent risk management consultancy, Corporate Risk Associates (CRA), is pleased to announce that is has been awarded a contract by a global financial services company, to undertake a Human Factors analysis approach in order to improve human reliability in banking infrastructure support tasks.
A dedicated team at CRA will be working on the six month long project which will take an immersive and detailed approach in order to analyse the tools used to build server provisioning systems and the processes used to integrate consideration of the human component within the client’s very fast moving and dynamic environment.
CRA believe it’s the company’s innovative and forward thinking approach to the analysis of human error which has led to them being commissioned for the contract.
Commenting on the contract win, Jasbir Sidhu, Chief Executive Officer at CRA said, “We are absolutely delighted to be awarded this contract and start working with this highly acclaimed client.
We pride ourselves on having an extremely highly skilled work force in our Human Factors stream of the business and across our other service deliverables and we’re thrilled that this has been recognised.
