The Hambleton Business Awards is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the great business achievements of businesses in the Hambleton district.
There are nine categories in the 2016 Business Awards, and anyone can submit a nomination for a worthy business or individual.
Lauren was nominated by Michelle Wilson, Marketing Manager, for Graduate Champion, as it is given to a graduate that has shown the greatest development in their role.
Lauren is based in the marketing department and provides graphics support to all of the internal departments in the Analox Group, including Analox Sensor Technology (AST) in the UK and US, and Analox Military Systems (AMS).
Since joining in June 2015, Lauren has single-handedly transformed the look of the company and provided a fresh take on marketing materials and other graphic design work.
Her work consists of creating graphics and producing the layouts for several documents including datasheets, brochures, powerpoints and price lists.
She has also designed marketing materials for exhibitions including pop up banners which have been displayed around the world in several conference halls to help advertise Analox’s brand. She even designed our first custom built exhibition stand which was used last year.
Michelle said: “I am so proud of Lauren for being shortlisted for Graduate Champion. She has made a significant contribution to the company by using her graphic design skills to transform the overall look of Analox to a high professional standard. Lauren has always been very creative and enjoys developing new ideas and concepts which will help benefit the company. Just one look around our office and you will see several examples of Lauren’s work. Our campaign ‘Why Analox’ was launched this year and several graphics promoting it have been designed by Lauren and placed on the walls of both the US and UK office.
She has become an integral part of the marketing team, and many of our staff, distributors and customers have been impressed by her work.”
