New Development a Sell Out for Northumberland Luxury Developer

Screen Shot 2016-03-09 at 11.02.00A Northumberland-based property development firm, Dockleaf Developments, has accepted offers on three of four properties on its latest venture, just two weeks after completion.

Kiln Place, located in the centre of Corbridge is the sixth site from the luxury homes developer, which specialises in the construction of bespoke, residential properties across the North East.

The site comprises of four homes, ranging from four to six bedrooms in size. Each of the properties been built by local tradesman from sandstone mined from Northumberland quarries. The properties have also been finished to the highest specifications and standards, with bespoke kitchens fitted by a local manufacturer.

The development was supported by the firm’s long-term banking partner, Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, which provided a commercial loan worth £850,000 towards the building costs.

Tim Anderson, managing director at Dockleaf Developments commented: “As someone born and bred in Corbridge, this development in particular has been a real labour of love, as we’ve worked to bring new homes to families in the area as well as job opportunities for local tradesmen.”
