Postponement of Fletchers Farm Festival 2020 – Posted 15th May 2020
It is with great sadness that we must now announce the postponement of Fletchers Farm Festival 2020 on safety grounds, due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus outbreak in the UK.
But…..we will be back, bigger and better on July 17th 2021 and we are putting all of our efforts into ensuring that the re-scheduled event is everything that we’d hoped for this year and more!
All tickets purchased for 2020 will remain valid for the new 2021 date although refunds can be requested by those that wish to claim this by visiting the Eventbrite site and logging into your account:
Tickets for Fletchers Farm Fest 2021 ARE NOW ON SALE and over the summer, although no early bird tickets are left, we have held this years prices at £25 until the end of the year

I have tickets for Fletchers Farm Festival what are my options?
You have 2 options:
Keep your tickets for the re-scheduled event in 2021.
Request a ticket refund.
Why should I keep hold of my tickets?
Due to the early bird ticket price the tickets that you currently hold are cheaper than those that you could buy for the re-scheduled festival i.e. tickets for 2021 will cost more than your current tickets should you request a refund and re-purchase at a later date.
Will the line-up for the postponed event remain the same?
Where possible yes. We have been able to secure and confirm just about all, and as much of the current line-up as possible, for the new 2021 dates.
The 1st Fletchers Farm Festival was shaping up to be a great family event, we believe it will be worth the wait and we are all looking forward to seeing you in July 2021.
I have decided to keep hold of my 2020 Festival tickets, what do I need to do?
Firstly, thank you for supporting and believing in us in this way, we really appreciate your continued support.
Regarding your tickets you don’t need to do anything. All ticket types bought through Eventbrite (including camping) will remain valid for the re-scheduled event in 2021. We look forward to seeing you then!
Do I need to upgrade my children’s tickets if, being a year older, they need a different ticket type?
No. For existing ticket holders it is the age that your children were at the time of the original July 2020 date that is important.
All things considered I would like to request the refund of my Fletchers Farm Festival tickets. How do I go about it?
We are sorry that you are not able to attend in 2021 and we hope to see you at Fletchers Farm at some point in the near future.
To request a refund please login to your Eventbrite account, locate your Fletchers Farm Festival tickets and on that page click on the “Contact The Organiser” button to send us your request. We will do our utmost to process your request within 28 days of the refund deadline.
If you want a refund, we ask that you make this request by May 31st 2020. We will not be able to process refund requests after this date.
How long do I have to decide if I want a refund?
The deadline for refund requests is May 31st 2020.
I have requested a refund, when will I receive the funds?
We hope to have all refund requests processed by June 28th. Please allow additional time for the funds to reach your account.
