A North East PR agency has launched a new training school, Hugoversity.
Harvey & Hugo, headquartered in Darlington has announced the new brand to help businesses to share their own stories using PR, social media and content marketing.
The training will be fully bespoke to the client and will even feature unique talent incubation service, ‘Harvey & Hugo Homegrown’ where a learner can get hands on experience by being fully immersed in the digital PR firm’s office to absorb valuable skills.
Training will be delivered by Hugoversity’s prefects, of which Charlotte Nichols will be head girl. She explains:
“In this accelerating world of technology, the learning never stops and we have seen a surge in demand for our training services.
“It’s important that even highly qualified specialists in any subject now continue training to keep up with digital demand, and it’s no different in our industry; that’s why we call ourselves prefects, rather than teachers – we’re all still pupils.”
Hugoversity also offers dedicated PR and marketing recruitment as well as strategy development services. Charlotte added:
“Hugoversity has been born out of demand and not only has a need for training increased over the years, but our clients have also asked for help recruiting new marketing personnel.
“Whether this be to assist our role and bring services in house, we always want to do what’s best for our clients and have launched Hugoversity in response to this.”
Hugoversity will be officially unveiled during Darlington Business Week, on 22nd September at 10am at The Forum on Borough Road in Darlington.
The free event will also mark the start of its inaugural seminar programme with the first being ‘How to build an Ingenious brand’. Seminars will then continue to be on the fourth Friday of every month.
