Probate Research Awards Win For Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors

Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors celebrated success by scooping the award for Best Community Contribution in the 2020 UK Probate Research Awards.

The annual ‘Probies’ awards night was held at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London’s Covent Garden on Thursday night, with 15 awards handed out in recognition to Probate services.

Represented by Solicitors Jessica Morton and Michael Stevens, TBI were among the winners, picking up the accolade of Best Community Contribution.

The award itself was in recognition of ‘an organisation that has made a considerable and special contribution to the community’.

Nicola Dalzell, Partner and head of TBI’s Probate department, said: “We can be very proud of this award and it is testament not just to the hard work that we put in across all of our North East offices, but also to the way we do it and the positive relationships we have with our clients.”

Carolyn Tilly, Managing Partner added: “Our personal touch is something we pride ourselves on, and we’re always looking to help our community where we can, whether it be through Probate, business or charity contributions and sponsorship. The firm continues to grow as it has done since TBI’s roots began in 1842, and we’re delighted to have been among the many positive stories of a great night.”

Among the winners on the night were Finders International – headed up by Danny Curran – and multi-award winning clearance service, Just Clear. The event also helped raised over £2,500 in support of Alzheimer’s Society.
