One of the UK’s leading short break leisure holiday specialists is to begin offering holidays from Durham Tees Valley Airport.
The five-day break to Seville next March will mark the start of operations from the airport by Super Break and the news was warmly welcomed today by Durham Tees Valley Chief Executive Steve Gill.
Said Mr Gill “This, the first of a series of flights planned by Super Break, is further good news, following on from the recent arrival of Loganair and developments such as the £250,000 programme of terminal improvements which will be completed shortly.
“Super Break has been in the short break market for over 30, years and this first five-day trip provides a great opportunity for travellers from the North East to experience not just the beautiful city of Seville but the whole of the fascinating region of Andalucía.”

Starting from just £599 per person, the ‘Seville: Authentic Andalucía’ break will depart from Durham Tees Valley on Monday, March 19. Price is based on five days’ in Seville, including accommodation at a four-star hotel with breakfast, a full-day excursion to Jerez and Cadiz, a city sightseeing tour of Seville, plus return flights from Durham Tees Valley.
