150ml Tonic Water
Recommended Garnish: Ideally a slice of grapefruit & fresh bay leaf
Fill a copa glass with ice – more ice means it holds its temperature better and won’t melt as quickly. Gently pour the gin over the ice, and watch the pearlescent louche forming. Top with a splash of classic Indian tonic water, to taste. Garnish ideally with a slice of pink grapefruit and a fresh bay leaf but a citrus garnish or a naked G&T will do!

Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary and Orange Slice
Fill a highball glass with ice and add in 50ml Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky. Top with Sekforde Whisky Mixer or soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of orange.
