Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

TIE THE KNOT IN THE FLORAL CHAPEL

BRIDES-TO-BE dreaming of a County Durham wedding can be among the first to tie the knot in a leading hotel’s newest suite.

Hardwick Hall Hotel, at Sedgefield, recently unveiled The Floral Chapel, which is now available to book for couples looking to wed at the countryside venue.

Newlyweds can celebrate their nuptials under a glittering chandelier, with high ceilings and exposed beams and a mezzanine floor providing extra seating upstairs.

The new suite also features a rustic wooden floor and floral décor around the room, including wisteria climbing up a tall brick fireplace.

Suitable for both intimate celebrations and larger gatherings, it can accommodate up to 120 guests.

John Adamson, who owns Hardwick Hall Hotel, is confident that the new suite will be very popular.

“Our designers have done an amazing job and I’m delighted with the finished look of The Floral Chapel,” said John.

“We have an excellent wedding team at the hotel who always go the extra mile for our guests and I can’t wait to see what they do with the new space.

“It will be fantastic to see the room come to life with its first wedding and I think it will be a great addition to our existing facilities.”

Hardwick Hall Hotel has a dedicated team of wedding coordinators and a number of packages which cater for wedding parties of all types and sizes.

Along with The Floral Chapel, the hotel also offers couples the choice to wed in the Coleman Suite or the Boyne Suite, with the Paddock Marquee available to book during May to September in its own private garden.

The venue is fully licensed for both marriages and civil partnerships and can also accommodate cultural weddings.
