LEADING planning and development consultancy has rewarded three of its Newcastle staff with promotions.

Housing market specialist Fiona Braithwaite, who has been with the company for 14 years, has been promoted from Senior Housing Consultant to Associate Director.

Dominic Smith is also now an Associate Director, having previously been a Senior Planner. Dominic’s work is particularly focused on housing and he has been with Lichfields for a little over three years.

Dominic Holding, who specialises in commercial and industrial development, has been promoted from Planner to Senior Planner.

Lichfields Newcastle moved to larger premises in St Nicholas St in 2017, during what was its 25th year in the city.

The three Newcastle promotions were announced along with a further 10 for staff across its other UK offices.

Chief Executive James Fennell said: “These staff are doing an excellent job for our clients and supporting the growth of our business. Their reward is a much deserved promotion which will provide a new platform for them to progress further at Lichfields.”
