Vistry Partnerships North East is currently active on 10 projects across the region, with more sites due to start throughout 2022. With a gross development value of almost £400 million, it will deliver approximately 500 homes this year to customers and clients across a number of tenures. Major ongoing projects include a 350 home development at Bracken Grange, in Middlesbrough and a 375 home scheme at Kirkleatham Green, in Redcar.
High profile projects in the pipeline include: 270 homes on Gateshead’s old rail freight depot site, 275 more on the former Sunderland Civic Centre site, 331 new homes at Bishops Park, on the outskirts of Bishop Auckland and a 75 home supported housing village, also at Kirkleatham Green, in Redcar.

He says: “I’m very excited to be joining Vistry Partnerships North East and look forward to supporting and continuing the success that the business has enjoyed.
“The business model – where land buying plays a big part in generating future work – really appealed to me, as well as the opportunity to work on projects that deliver such a varied mix of housing tenures. With some prestigious, high-profile projects coming on stream this year, it is an exciting time to be joining the business.”
