Volunteers Needed to Support Local Charity Collections
A local charity is asking the community for their help. This July, Teesside Hospice are launching their annual Sunflower Appeal, to support the vital care they deliver to the local community in Teesside.
The Teesside based charity are asking for volunteers to spare a few hours to help with their door to door collections, as part of the Sunflower Appeal, by delivering and collecting donation envelopes to households in their local area.
Door to door collections will be happening in Redcar between 26th July -26 August, and Middlesbrough, Stockton and Hambleton from 26th August-2nd September.
The door to door collections in previous years have helped to raise over £10,000 for Teesside Hospice.
Those who would like to volunteer their time to support this appeal will be provided with a fundraising pack from Teesside Hospice, including collection envelopes.
