KEEN walkers and cyclists are being sought to help others enjoy the great outdoors.
If you love getting out on walks or exploring by bike it’s a chance to share your passion with the community and encourage healthier lifestyles.
Middlesbrough Environment City is expanding its led walks programme, and need volunteers to help with the new cycle rides.
Those signing up will receive training as a ‘Walk Leader’ or ‘Ride Leader’, before passing their skills and experience on to new converts.
The free voluntary leader training is delivered by national charity Sustrans, and those signing up will receive all the support and help they’ll need along the way.
