The Wannasee Tribute Festival will be held at Bishop Auckland FC’s Heritage Park stadium from Friday, May 26 to Sunday, May 28.
An event spokesman said world-class tribute artists will perform on a big outdoor stage in a family-friendly festival atmosphere performing popular songs and there will be rides, refreshments and other entertainment.
He added: “We’re delighted to be back in County Durham for the fourth year. We feel that pound for pound it’s the best value for money festival out there.”
On Friday there will be a Green Day tribute act supported by The Kill and The Moondogs, tributes to acts such as Queen, Pink and Coldplay feature in the Saturday lineup and on the Sunday Thin Lizzy, Kasabian, REM and Manic Street Preachers fans are among those that will be catered for.
