The insurance programme, provided by Lotus’ approved car insurance provider Car Care Plan, will offer comprehensive insurance to new and used Lotus vehicle owners, enhancing the buying and ownership experience for Lotus owners.
Available from today, UK customers will be able to benefit from a range of services including:
- Preservation of Manufacturer Warranty and Vehicle Safety Rating: Genuine Lotus parts are guaranteed to be fitted during repairs, maintaining the Lotus manufacturer warranty and safety rating.
- Access to Lotus Approved Bodyshop Network and Lotus Trained Technicians: Individuals trained and certified by Lotus handle all repairs to ensure the utmost precision, maintaining the highest standards.
- Full visibility after accidents: Providing customers with additional interaction touch points through their dealers to ensure a transparent and supportive process in the event of an accident.
In addition, members of the car insurance programme will be provided with a complimentary Excess Return Voucher. This will save customers up to £250 in the event of an accident and comes with Lotus’ guaranteed Approved Bodyshop repair benefits. Once the repairs are complete, customers will receive a Lifetime Repair Guarantee certificate issued by the Lotus Approved Bodyshop for additional peace of mind and assurance of quality.
