Bringing together the sales training and consultancy skills drawn from Victoria’s corporate background, and the success mind-set techniques and personal coaching skills from self-help author Jo, the two make a formidable team.
Taking place at the Business Networking Show, the two gathered celebrity support from business greats such as Brad Burton (Motivational Speaker, Best Selling Author, and MD of 4Networking) and Chris Ducker (Serial Entrepreneur, Best Selling Author, and Top 100 Podcaster).
Brad Burton said “Its amazing – I love what they are doing!” while Chris Ducker was delighted to get involved and left his own top tip – “Wanna succeed in business?!! Provide value, value, value!” – an appropriate mantra for the low cost programmes the business is already starting to provide.
Aimed at allowing small and micro businesses to access the expertise both Jo and Victoria provide, via high quality online video and audio classes, downloadable tools and workbooks, and live sessions with the team, it looks like a winning strategy.
Throughout launch day, business tips were gathered from visitors to the show and have now been released as a free eBook available to all – “Bloody Brilliant Business Tips from #TBNS2015!”
Victoria said “Jo and I met sometime ago, and immediately felt there was some great synergy between us. We both believe you can do anything – you just have to plan for it and utilise the right skills. It was only recently when we were talking about how sales success (or lack of it) holds small businesses back, that we realised what a great opportunity it was to bring together the sales skills and approaches I offer with the success mind-set that Jo can enable in anyone. What’s more, by delivering online, we can share our expertise at a huge discount and therefore make it really accessible to small and micro businesses, who would otherwise struggle to afford our services.”
Jo added “When we started to look at what we could provide by working together it just became a no-brainer. There’s no one else offering online programmes like this and, with so much focus on social media and marketing, and a general dislike of selling, too many entrepreneurs simply don’t know how to identify more openings and convert more sales. So, even when opportunities present themselves, they just don’t have the skills, or the courage, to convert those prospects into paying customers.”
