Cascade Invests in Customer Care

Leading cash savings expert and fintech company, Cascade Cash Management, has invested in its client, partner and customer portfolio by extending the client services support team further.

Georgia Boddy is the latest to boost the numbers of the ever-growing team, joining as client services support assistant with a view to supporting clients in their account openings and ongoing monitoring.

In her role Georgia, who is 21 and from South Shields, will be using what she has learnt in her recently completed Customer Service Apprenticeship qualification to support the Cascade client service account managers, Abby Turnbull and Emma Hutchinson.

Cascade Cash Management (Cascade) is an independent and transparent service created to generate enhanced cash returns and increase protection on deposits through professional cash management.

The Cascade team can administer funds through their unique portal on behalf of clients or depositors can use the portal to manage their own savings with the dedicated support of Cascade. Partners including IFA’s, solicitors, attorneys, accountants and many more can also self-brand the product for presentation to their own clients.

MD, Dr Emma Black, explained Georgia’s new role and the benefit to her team and clients/partners. She said:

“Georgia has joined us at a crucial time when our deposits and client base is reaching an all new high. It is imperative that our client service managers have the extra support so that they can do the job to the best of their ability.

“We have created this role to help the team with what they need in place, including administration, checking the rates daily, opening new accounts, facilitating communication and ensuring that new client support is smooth from the word go. It is an important time for us and we are very keen that all clients, new and existing, get the best possible service.”

Although this is Georgia’s first role in finance, she has office experience, and is well versed in customer care and administration from previous roles. Georgia said:

“I have been part of the team for such a short time but can’t imagine working elsewhere already. I love working with numbers and thrive on feeling essential to a team. I would love to progress my career with Cascade to account manager and I am delighted that Emma has indicated that if I do well, there is the opportunity to progress!”
