An award winning Northumberland based developer has released images of how homes at its latest new Dinnington development will look.
To be built on a secluded, quiet site – just off Main Road in the village – North Hill will see the construction of five executive four bedroomed homes.
Mike Pattison, Managing Director with Countylife Homes, says: “Our latest project will again, perfectly display our approach – to provide exceptional homes in desirable locations. Blending the very best natural materials with state of the art build techniques, our team of architects, engineers and interior designers, have created finely crafted properties, in keeping with the traditional surroundings, but which also offer all of the comforts associated with the modern home.”
Construction work is underway with completion expected in the summer of 2019.
This latest development follows hot on the heels of successful schemes in Newton village, near Corbridge and in Morpeth, close to the centre of the market town.
In addition, the house builder’s Brunton Square development, near Gosforth – which was completed in 2017- was selected as one of the top three projects nationally, in the Premier Guarantee Small Development of the Year category. It was the only North East based project to be shortlisted.
This is the third time the house builder has been recognised by Premier Guarantee. Its Castle Garth development, in Bamburgh, was a regional winner in the Conversion Project of the Year category in 2010, while the Seafield project at Seahouses was highly commended in 2013.
