Newcastle-based sales performance firm durhamlane has launched a new workshop that aims to support business development through the psychology of sales.
An Introduction to Interpersonal Psychology in Sales will offer customer-facing professionals the opportunity to develop their sales competencies and learn about the different customer personality types to help them have better business conversations.
The practical and engaging workshop will also present the opportunity for professionals to analyse how personality preferences can influence outcomes when dealing with new and current customers alike.
The half-day workshop, which costs £100 + VAT, is to be held on Thursday 9th February from 9.30am-12.30pm at THIRTEEN – High Growth Business Hub, 13 Windsor Terrace, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 4HE.
Janine Rupf, Marketing Manager at durhamlane, said: “Our masterclasses are designed as high-impact sessions and aim to provide deep insight into the sales profession across many topics. Previous participants praise our experienced training staff for their down-to-earth and accessible manner. Since they are ‘business people first, trainers second’, participants benefit from their experiences and real-world examples.
“Our latest workshop will help give people the confidence to tailor and adapt their style when communicating with customers with different personality factors, which can equip professionals with the tools necessary to improve their interactions and hopefully boost revenue performance.”
durhamlane works with clients from more than 14 countries around the world and has seen double digit growth year-on-year, since its foundation in 2011.
