Leading law firm Muckle LLP continues to grow its sports, education, and charities team with the addition of an experienced charities lawyer.
Rachael Chapman, originally from Gateshead has joined the team as a senior associate, further solidifying the strength of the team and the support Muckle provides to its purpose-driven clients.
Rachael qualified as a solicitor almost a decade ago, having trained and qualified at a Magic Circle law firm. Since then, she has built up a wealth of cross-sector legal knowledge from her varied work experience, which includes both working in a law firm and as an in-house lawyer for both the national Government and the private sector.
Rachael’s role at Muckle will be varied; she will advise charities and not-for-profit organisations, including sports clubs and educational bodies, on a range of matters, particularly those related to governance and commercial issues.
Rachael said: “I was initially drawn to charity law because I wanted to make a difference, and that has stuck with me throughout my career. I really value being able to see how my work has a positive impact on real people.”
