A local company that made record profits last year has invested in a new brand, website, and renewed focus on its customer experience.
Shipping container supply company Cleveland Containers, which is one of the largest privately-owned shipping container sales and hire businesses in the UK, feels the new site will make it easier for clients to make well-informed decisions about their product needs and goals.
Managing Director Johnathan Bulmer, who founded the firm in 2011,explained: “With industry expertise spanning more than 15 years, our aim is to have the largest range of stock, widest distribution, strongest credentials, fastest deliveries and smartest designers.
“These core messages combine to form our new slogan, ‘We Box Clever’, and like us, and our products, our new logo is simple, bold and strong.”
The new Cleveland Containers website features a clean, uncluttered design, with improved functionality and enriched content, allowing customers a better user experience. A secondary logo has also been created as part of the firm’s investment in its brand, to be used across all social media platforms.
Johnathan went on: “We’re committed to delivering an excellent service to our clients and site users, so there’ll be regular site updates, including news of product launches, business activity and corporate milestones.
“The site’s focus is on helping us make quick and careful deliveries to all customers, with interactions as pleasant as they can be.”
The latest investment by the Middlesbrough-based organisation comes just six months after it expanded its team following record levels of both profit and turnover.
Johnathan added: “We’re confident the changes we’ve made will help us on our mission to be the UK’s number one supplier of new and used shipping containers.”
