Teesside High School Sixth Form students are celebrating after achieving a record 100% A-level pass rate for the third successive year.
Teesside High School has achieved:
- An outstanding 100% A-level pass rate
- 67% high grades (A*-B)
- 33% A*-A grades
- In addition, a staggering 21% of students achieved all A*/A grades.
Mrs Kirsty Mackenzie, Head (Acting) at Teesside High School, said: “Teesside High School’s track record of achieving consistently excellent exam results has been strengthened once again with a third successive year celebrating an impressive 100% A-level pass rate.
“These outstanding results and significant high grades have enabled our students to secure places at some of the best universities in the world, including Oxford and Imperial College London, studying prestigious and highly competitive courses in Medicine, Classics, Geology and English Literature, to name but a few.
“Such positive outcomes are testament to our dedicated staff team who regularly go above and beyond to ensure that every individual, whatever their ability, achieves their full potential.
“We could not be more proud of our Year 13 students, some of whom have been at Teesside High School since the age of three. We have no doubt they will achieve great things in the future and wish them all the very best for their next step.”
