The Newcastle-headquartered firm, which also has an office in Leeds, is using the latest digital data capture and reporting technology to conduct workplace assessments throughout the region to help businesses protect their staff and remain compliant.
The extensive audit provides commercial property occupiers with an easy-to-follow report which includes suggestions and guidance on how to rectify any non-compliant issues identified.

“It is an employer’s responsibility to carry out a risk assessment and implement measures to ensure their workplace meets the relevant guidelines. However, this can be a complicated and time consuming process to undertake in-house.

The newly created assessment aligns with the guidelines outlined by HM Government, World Health Organisation, and the Health & Safety Executive, for COVID-19 Secure workplaces. A follow-up report uses a simple colour coded system to tag items as ‘compliant’, ‘non-compliant’ or ‘not applicable’ and also provides a list of action points for the employer.
