A Teesside digital agency has announced plans to further invest in its business by recruiting another six members of staff in the next two months.

Mabo Media, which was set up by digital expert Lee Mableson in his bedroom just three short years ago, currently employs 10 full time staff after recently making two further new appointments to its sales and business development team.

The Pay Per Click agency, which offers a comprehensive paid search management service, has experienced accelerated growth in just a few short years and now boasts a growing portfolio of over 125 clients. It has also recently announced that it has plans in place to relocate to a new state of the art office space in Boho Five, Middlesbrough from its current base in Guisborough.

Lee Mableson, MD at Mabo Media said “Our growth has been exceptional – the first two full-time employees joined Mabo Media in July 2014, and we now have 10 full-time members of staff just over two years down the line. Turnover has doubled each year and we’ve put growth plans in place to see that trend continue.

“We have big plans to continue our growth and become a powerhouse in this country for what we do. We plan to do this by specialising in one core discipline and being experts in that field, which is paid search management” he added.

The business was also recently awarded Premier Partner status by internet giant Google, which aims to identify key agencies across the UK that demonstrate a solid history of running large client campaigns, as well as employing individuals who have Google accredited qualifications.

“The Google Premier Partner status has allowed us to be recognised by some big players in the world of Pay Per Click and digital advertising” Lee added.

“We’re one of only a handful of agencies in the North East to hold this accolade, and it’s something we’re extremely proud of as a business.”
