Award-winning housebuilder, Story Homes, has released street scenes for its forthcoming development at Stainsby Hall Farm, Middlesbrough, ahead of its official launch next week.

The new images provide an artist’s impression of what the development – named Brookfield Woods – will look like once the 139 three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes have been built.

The housebuilder is hosting an invite-only event at Acklam Hall in Middlesbrough on Thursday 8 February to launch Brookfield Woods. At the event, which will run from 4-7pm, the first homes for sale on the development will be released prior to general release.

Story Homes has already successfully brought its range of high quality homes to the town, having launched its Kingsbrook Wood development at Stainsby Hall Farm in summer 2014. The new site connects to this existing development, where all 126 homes have now been sold, and will provide homebuyers with another opportunity to secure a home in this location.

Lyndsey Walton, Sales Manager at Story Homes, said: “We are delighted to release these street scenes, which indicate how this beautiful new development will look once complete. Following on from the popularity of our neighbouring Kingsbrook Wood development, which is now sold out and has a thriving community, we expect the demand for our high specification homes in the Stainsby area to continue.

“A large number of people have already signed up to be the first to receive all the details, and we are looking forward to introducing Brookfield Woods to attendees at our launch event.”

As well as boosting the area’s housing supply, Brookfield Woods will also deliver economic benefits back into the local area by supporting existing local businesses and employing local subcontractors and suppliers.

The scheme also includes delivery of a landscaped country park area for the benefit of both local people and new residents.

Story Homes is inviting potential buyers to register for an invite to the launch event by entering their details at
