Tickets are still available for this year’s unforgettable Tiny Lives Charity Ball, which raises cash for the Special Care Baby Unit at Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary.

The annual event promises to be a night to remember, at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Newcastle, on Saturday 15th October.

The evening starts at 7.00pm and is hosted by our favourite radio presenter, Tom Campbell from Heart Drive Time. And, after a delicious three course meal there is a short video so guests can see how Tiny Lives makes a difference to families whose baby is born too soon.  A main auction includes unique prizes from our patron Jonny Wilkinson and there will also be a silent auction running throughout the evening. We end the evening with our ever popular balloon bonanza where everyone’s a winner, plus dancing to live entertainment until your carriages whisk you away at 1.00am!

The Tiny Lives Trust is a registered charity that helps to care for premature and sick newborn babies, their mothers and families in the Special Care Baby Unit of the Newcastle Neonatal Service based in Ward 35 of the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle. The fund aims to provide the highest quality of care on an ongoing basis and needs to raise at least £250,000 every year to support a range of facilities, staff, and equipment.

Carol Meredith, Head of Tiny Lives, said: “The annual ball is the highlight of our year. It’s our biggest fundraising event and is always incredibly well supported. This year we will hopefully raise record amounts to help the 700+ families who spend critical weeks if not months on the RVI’s Neonatal Unit with their premature, sick baby.”

Tables for 10 people are priced at £850 or tickets can be purchased individually for £85. Several attractive sponsorship packages are also available with product placement opportunities.
