Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

North East solicitors expands

CaptureA NEW member of a leading North East firm of solicitors is being made to feel at home – by heading up the company’s new residential conveyancing arm.

Richard Swinbank, 33, has joined Durham-based EMG Solicitors, and will be using his expertise to work on a range of conveyancing-related areas for clients.

Richard has worked at a variety of legal practices across the region, including in Sunderland, Chester-le-Street, Stockton and Darlington.

“I am delighted to have joined EMG Solicitors and am looking forward to working with the team,” he said.

“EMG is an exciting and forward thinking place to work at and I am particularly looking forward to establishing the firm in the local conveyancing market and providing clients with a quality, bespoke service which will meet their needs and expectations.”

Since setting up in 2014 by Court of Protection expert Emma Gaudern, EMG Solicitors has continued to grow the practice and now has experts in a range of areas, including all aspects of family law, divorce, Powers of Attorney, deputyship, Wills, trusts and probate, personal injury trusts and disputes.

The firm has also expanded its office space at Durham’s Rivergreen Centre to allow for the additional new members of the team.

“Richard joining us means that we are now able to offer even more services to our clients,” said Emma.

“We can now support them through every aspect of buying or selling a property, from remortgaging to purchasing new properties or even plots of land.

“It means we are on course to meet our aim that EMG Solicitors will be able to provide expert support and advice for all of our clients’ legal needs.”
