Leading North East chartered surveyors and estate agents Bradley Hall is further expanding its most recently launched department with new appointments.
The company announced the launch of its specialist building surveying service, in February 2017, alongside the appointment of associate director Henry Scott.
Following a successful launch and months of high profile projects, the department has recently welcomed experienced building surveyor Ricki Hutchinson to the team, which is based at the company’s head office in Hood Street, Newcastle.
Ricki, 32, from Gateshead, has 16 years of experience in the construction and surveying industry, including work on commercial and residential projects with a value of over £11m. His appointment at Bradley Hall follows a successful career within Newcastle University Estate Support Services where he gained experience in project and facility management and statutory compliance.
Bradley Hall and parent company BH Group lead director Neil Hart said: “I am delighted with the success of the building surveying service which was introduced only a short time ago. Henry was a fantastic addition to the senior Bradley Hall team and he has proven to be an excellent head of service since joining us in February.
“Ricki’s appointment will allow us to offer even more building surveying services and further strengthen the department, which will in turn support the overall growth strategy for Bradley Hall.”
Bradley Hall’s building surveying team also worked on the highly anticipated £200,000 refurbishment and relaunch of Mountbatten Shopping Centre, which was formerly known as Hebburn Shopping Centre.
Associate director Henry Scott said: “Since launching the Bradley Hall building surveying service I have worked on a range of commercial and residential projects – everything from home improvements to refurbishments of Grade I listed commercial buildings.
“Ricki’s appointment means we can provide a wider range of projects, including for the public sector, fire reform surveys and PPM work. I am looking forward to continuing to grow our services and team in the upcoming months.”
The building and surveying service from Bradley Hall includes project management, design work, commercial refurbishment projects, contract administration, condition surveys, reinstatement cost assessments and dilapidations negotiations.
