In light of Consultiv Utilities’ exceptional efforts to “positively impact all aspects of their employees’ health”, the company also received the Best Companies annual ‘Special Award for Wellbeing’ in the mid-size category. This accolade reflects the company’s substantial investment in mental health resources and flexible working arrangements, originally introduced to acknowledge the impact of the pandemic on staff.
The national awards, based on employee surveys, also ranked Consultiv Utilities as the UK’s third best mid-sized employer, thanks to its vibrant work culture built on a philosophy of continuous learning, inclusivity and supportive leadership.
