The BBL will be one of the first of many across the UK and Europe to offer fans real-time upgrades. Pogoseat’s upgrade solution is integrated with Tickets.com’s ProVenue ticketing system and forms part of Tickets.com’s Registered Developer Programe. As part of their flourishing partnership in the US, it will extend into Tickets.com’s UK and European clients, initially starting with the BBL. The program has seen widespread success particularly with their mutual client, the San Francisco Giants, who are one of the most highly regarded American sports team for their technological capabilities and fan experience.
