ALISO VIEJO, Calif, March 25, 2020 – Both the Earthen Realm and Spirit Realm are in jeopardy as two powerful malevolent enemies have been capturing wayward souls for use in their own treacherous domain. Players will need to venture into the new 6-player Stonescale Passage dungeon to defeat the two villains, Amasa and Amayun in order to restore balance and deliver the captured souls safely to the Beyond. The new dungeon, along with several new events, skill updates, and more comprise the Blade & Soul: Forgotten Souls update, which is now live in North America and Europe.

The Blade & Soul: Forgotten Souls update also includes some special events for players as well:

The Call to Arms Event: Through April 22, the path to high-end weapons is being streamlined. Players will receive a free Call to Arms bundle, which includes a ticket that can be exchanged for an Armory Chest. The chest will evolve through 12 stages, each stage requiring a key that can be obtained through daily or weekly challenges. For more details, visit the Events Preview page.

Ebon Hunting Grounds: Through April 22, a special zone will be available to players, accessible from the South District of Zaiwei. The Ebon Hunting Grounds have an Auto-Hunting feature, which will allow players to farm the area autonomously. However, the zone is also a PvP-enabled area, so players should take extra care. Loot rewards from PvE combat will include Ebon Blooms, which can be traded for a variety of items.

Cherry Blossom Treasure Trove: Through April 8, the Cherry Blossom Treasure Trove will be available to players. Each day, players can open their individual Treasure Trove for free. Opening the Trove presents a randomized selection of high-end items and cosmetics, which can be purchased with in-game currency. More details available on the Treasure Trove Preview page.

Along with the new dungeon and in-game events, the Blade & Soul: Forgotten Souls update also introduces a variety of item and system changes. There will be a new Belt and Necklace equipment for players to find in Stonescale Passage, a new PvP ring, and a reduction in the evolution cost for several existing items. A number of PvP balances have been made for item sets. The full list of changes is viewable on the Items and Systems Preview page.

The Blade & Soul: Forgotten Souls content mentioned above is available now in both North America and Europe.
