The council’s sport and leisure service will once again be offering youngsters the opportunity to move more and live more with the latest installment of the ‘No Limits’ half-term activities, from Monday 20 February to Friday 24 February.
With activities available for anyone between the ages of 4-16, the brochure offers something for everyone, from junior archery and laser tag, to swimming crash courses and inflatable fun.
This half-term will also see the launch of a brand new pool inflatable at The Lakeside Centre, where anyone is welcome to come along and challenge their friends to see who can conquer it in the quickest time.
The inflatable will be open every day of half-term from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and the centre is holding a competition for members of the public to name the new obstacle course.
To submit your names for the inflatable at the Lakeside Centre, visit reception at the centre or email active@northtyneside.gov.uk before February 26. Prizes will be awarded for the winning entry.
Events will be taking place across the borough in leisure centres. You can find more information on dates and times in the pdf at the bottom of this page.
Places for each event may be available on the day but booking is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
To book your place, visit reception or call the relevant centre. Details can be found on the council’s website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk
