DMP Arena Trading Limited (DMPATL) is the company that has been developed in recent years to commercially operate the Northern Echo Arena facilities, all professional rugby and the Club’s brand on behalf of Darlington Mowden Park RFC (DMPRFC).

The DMPATL Board of Directors will work in unison with the DMPRFC General Committee to take the club forward within its ambitious and exciting plans.

The new DMPATL Board of Directors will include Tony Copsey (Non-Executive Director), Andy Preston (Non-Executive Director), Piers Mitchell (Non-Executive Director), John McCullagh (Non-Executive Director), Mike Keeligan (Chairman), Daniel Hunter (Finance Director), Lee Rust (Managing Director) and Norman Jackson (advisor to the board).

Mike Keeligan, Mowden Park Chairman, commented:

‘’We are delighted to be welcoming the new board members into the Mowden Family. Prior to this formal arrangement they have all already shown substantial support for the Club. Lee Rust, our Managing Director, has done a first class job with engaging and pulling together the new DMPATL Board.’’

‘’We have some exceptionally exciting future plans as a club and the calibre and buy-in of the new board members is an indicator to the scale and legitimacy of these plans. We are extremely enthused by the skill sets now available at director level from both the DMPRFC General Committee and DMPATL Board of Directors. We may look to add to the DMPATL Board as we further develop.’’
