Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

Screen Shot 2016-04-18 at 10.31.26Newcastle landlords are being given the opportunity to keep up with changes in the private rented sector at an event at the Newcastle Falcons Conference Centre this week.

Around 200 delegates are expected to attend the Private Landlords Conference to hear from expert speakers including Richard Lambert, Chief Executive of the National Landlords Association and Martin Wardle, Tax Director at Robson Laidler Accountants.

There will also be the chance to learn about loans and grants that are available to support landlords improve their properties and the help available to find a tenant.

Exhibitors, such as NU:Lets, Wendy House Property Services and Northumbrian Water, will be available to talk about the services they provide and Newcastle City Council’s Private Rented Service will be on hand to talk about the Newcastle Housing Accreditation Scheme.
