A North East company has been named one of the top 10 places to work in the UK and the best workplace in the region.
Home Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of high quality housing and integrated health and social care, has placed seventh in the UK’s Best Workplaces for 2019, finishing above companies such as Gap and Deloitte.

The awards recognise the best large, medium and small workplaces in the UK, with Home Group named in the Super Large category for business with over 1,000 employees.
As well as finishing top in the North East, Home Group were also named the eighth best workplace for women in the UK and were the highest placed housing association in this year’s awards.
This latest success follows on from being named in Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers for 2019 and represents a significant climb from last year’s overall result, where they placed 27th in the Large employer category.
